She’s the real MVP.
Bianca Bonnie is officially making her return to the music scene with her latest single “MVP Part II” featuring Power’s Rotimi.
At just the age of 15, the Harlem native, then known as ‘Yung B’ blazed the charts alongside DJ Webstar with their hit anthem and dance, “Chicken Noodle Soup”.
Now nearly ten years later, the female emcee is back with new management, inspiration, and an unshakable work ethic releasing her latest video “MVP Pt. II” last night at New York’s 40/40 Club. Of the exclusive guest list, attendees included Love & Hip-Hop New York stars Yandy Smith, Yung Joc and #TNJFeaturedArtist King Chuck.
“MVP Pt. II” couldn’t have been released at a more prominent time for the artist. The roughly 11-minute music video, or “mini-movie” as referred to by Yandy Smith, shows ride-or-die girlfriend Bianca Bonnie pleading with her love interest, Rotimi, to stay with her as opposed to going out to handle “business”. To his surprise, Bianca’s character shows up just in time to have his back against a heated-turned-bloody altercation with a rival mob. A true Bonnie-and-Clyde scene that proved once and for all that Bianca Bonnie is indeed, the real MVP.
Be sure to get Bianca’s latest project The 9th Year when it’s released.
