It’s safe to say, 2015 has been THE year for Serena Williams.
In this year alone, the 35-year-old her sixth Australian Open and Wimbledon title, becoming the first male or female athlete to win three of the four Grand Slams six times. Off the court, Ms. Williams released an impeccable HSN collection at this year’s New York Fashion Week and has snagged the honor of being named Sport’s Illustrated’s 2015 Sportsperson of the Year. Williams is the first solo athlete to win the award since 1983.

“This year has been incredible, but I’m always growing and changing.” she told PEOPLE, Tuesday evening at the Sports Illustrated Award Ceremony at New York’s Pier Sixty.
“For all the ladies out there, yes we can do it!”
